A B & W charter starts from your door in West Michigan or Northern Indiana and goes where the group wants: Chicago, Detroit, Cedar Point, Niagara Falls, Washington, DC, New York, and Branson are regular runs. Coaches seat 16 to 56 passengers, with restrooms, climate control, and luggage bays on the full-size motorcoaches. One dispatcher plans the route, the stops, and the schedule with you before the driver ever turns a key.

B & W runs a significant number of shuttles and airport transfers every year, many on a contractual basis for area employers, campuses, and event venues. Tell us the pickup points and the schedule. We size the vehicle to the load, from a 16-passenger coach up to a 56-passenger motorcoach, and keep the loop running on time.

The B & W tour department builds complete tour and excursion packages, from a single day in Chicago to multi-day trips across the Great Lakes region and beyond. Routing, timing, and logistics are handled in our Kalamazoo office with modern dispatch and trip-planning tools. Travel agents and tour operators also use B & W as a single ground-transportation source for itineraries they sell.

B & W Charters is a certified carrier for the United States Department of Defense and holds the highest safety rating available from both the FMCSA and the DOD. Few motorcoach companies pass those inspections. Unit movements, base shuttles, and government group transport get the same dispatch discipline as every other B & W trip: on time, accounted for, and documented.
